About the signup & renewal billing

During the free trial our system will communicate with you with hints, and tips on how to get the best out of your free trial period, as well as when there are only 3 days left of your free trial period.

When the free trial period expires, the system requires you to pay a year in advance per property you have added to your free trial account. A discount is included for paying a year in advance. Should you only have added one property for the free trial then when and if you add other additional properties, payment will become due at the time you add them. The billing cycle is per property.

Renewals

30 days before your property renewal is due, our system will send an email to you. This email is like a pro-forma so it is a request for payment, and follows the steps below:

1. We issue a request for payment first for your renewal
2. Our user (you) then completes the check-out via the link in the above email
3. Once the payment has been made, we generate a full official invoice for you
4. We insert the invoice into your "My Account" area within our system
5. Should you need it you can download it from our system without any problems
The reason for this is because in Spain and now in the UK and other places, if we issue a full invoice we are liable for the sales tax we have applied it even if we are not paid for some reason.

Hopefully this explains this a little better for you, I am going to write a help article about this so others don't have the same query about it in the future.
