GuestAdmin.io Quick Start Guide
Setting up your rentals and connecting to your government authority reporting accounts

The purpose of this guide is to introduce new Owner & Property Manager users to the system and show how you can start using the system to benefit you as fast as possible.
- Visit my.guestadmin.io/register and complete the simple form below in figure 2
- You will then be sent an email from [email protected] or from our previous name [email protected] for you to verify your email please
- Then you will be required to login with your verified email and the password you chose in figure 2
- Our system actively verifies your NIE/TIE or DNI please be sure it is correct

- On first login to your new account on GuestAdmin you will be presented with a main screen as shown below in Figure 3 below, the information highlighted in Red boxes are as follows:
- BOX 1: Quick Feedback - This is visible on every page of the system. We want to hear from you to be able to improve the system for you our users, each time you use this it will tell us which screen you sent it from with time/date.
- BOX 2: Is the main navigation menu, this will change as you move through the account creation and connection to SES Hospedajes process from here on
- BOX 3: Is specifically about you and your account in the system and is accessible at all times
- BOX 4: This is the first question we ask you to provide an answer to in the new user onboarding process
On this first login screen our onboarding wizard starts. Depending on the answers you give will depend on which next screen is shown for you to complete.

- Once you have completed the on-boarding process, this will depend on which screens you are directed to complete. It is during this process that you can order one or both of the following help packages from us via our partners, from within the GuestAdmin system:
- Digital Certificates (If applicable)
- Gov Reporting Account creation
- Property/Unit registrations
- When you have these, you're ready to connect your GuestAdmin account to your chosen government authority reporting account/s and you WILL need the email confirmation of your registration in your chosen government reporting account/s to continue in the next section.
You will have received a confirmation email from your chosen government authority, which will look similar to the one shown below in Figure 5.

Example email below from SES Hospedajes giving all information required to complete both the Owners individual property form shown above in Figure 3, and for property managers and partners to complete the account form shown above in Figure 4:

- BOX 1: Landlord or Renter Code
- BOX 2: Your first Establishment or Property Code
- BOX 3: Are your username and password to allow GuestAdmin system to connect to your SES Hospedajes System Account
- Login to your GuestAdmin account where you will first need to enter and verify the details from the confirmation email you received from SES Hospedajes above.
- The start page to do this in guestadmin.io is shown below:
- BOX 1: Verify Your SES Account at the top of the main menu
- BOX 2: Where you enter the information shown in the email above:
- Landlord or Renter Code
- Username for SES web services (API)
- Password for SES web service (API)
- The Establishment or Property code is not required at this stage, this will be required when you add your properties that are registered to this main SES Hospedajes or any other reporting authority account.
