Importing & syncronising your booking platform provided iCal feeds is available within the GuestAdmin system, with a huge difference to our competitors.
This difference is that not only do we show all your feeds on a per property calendar basis, the system will auto create actual bookings within the system in "DRAFT" mode, we also show the logo of the feed provider, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Smoobu, and many others that will be continually added as every providers data format can be different.

The next step after this is to convert the DRAFT bookings to LIVE bookings. You can also DELETE any unwanted imported records which look like bookings such as blocked dates from Airbnb, these also look like bookings, unfortunately GuestAdmin has no idea what is or is not a valid booking from the platform providers iCal feeds.
Up to 3 different iCal URL's can be added to each property.
However GuestAdmin has tried to preempt most things including that most booking platforms encourage their users to synchronise all their booking platforms together.
In this situation GuestAdmin system developers have done its best to remove duplicate or even triplicate listings from the GuestAdmin system.

Below is an example of an iCal feed generated booking which has completed the process, and the registered guest information has been sent to the SES Hospedajes systems via our direct connection to it:
Should the owners/managers want to query something with SES Hospedajes, they can do so directly with them, by copying the LOT code, that SES Hospedajes pass back to the GuestAdmin which we make available to our property owners and managers.
You can do this by clicking the "Actions" button on the booking you choose, then copy the LOT code and paste it where you need it:
