Un-register (baja definitiva) from SES Hospedajes

Many people contact us for help with how they can register to create their account on the SES Hospedajes system, but because it is very complicated and requires a digital certificate installed on the users MS Windows or Apple MAC computers. Most people seem to be making errors registering sadly.
In the image below on how to un-register (baja definitiva) your account on SES Hospedajes so you can start again yourself and create it without errors hopefully.
After you have checked the "Baja definitiva" option as shown above, then click "Save". Then exit the system using the exit option in the top right corner.
Your ready to register again!
Do NOT start it then come back to it later or the next day, it will not work!
You MUST also click the checkbox for "Sending communications by web service" to be able to receive a special username ending in WS and a password will be sent to you by email with this IMPORTANT information.
- Should users NOT have a digital certificate it is a legal requirement in Spain that all property owners must have one.
- Should you already have one and your really struggling with the terrible SES Hospedajes system provided by the Spanish government, then perhaps its best to get an expert to do it all for you.

When you log back in using your digital certificate, you will see all your previous basic data still exists, don't worry, this is how the SES Hospedajes system works, they don't remove all your data. You can use what they have retained for you to start over, to re-register yourself to generate:
1. A new renter/landlord code
2. A new 1st property establishment code
3. Username ending with WS will be the same as before
4. A new password for the Username ending with WS
When you receive this do NOT attempt to change any passwords or edit anything please, just forward the email SES Hospedajes sent to you to [email protected]
