Spain - NRUA Data Exporting
Instructions to export the NRUA data

In Spain, it was announced in January 2026 that the rental activity data would need to be declared in February 2026.
Within the guestadmin.io we have created a special export function specifically to only export the data required by the registradores.org department of the Spanish government.
Our instructions for exporting your data are shown below:
- Login to my.guestadmin.io/login
- Got to "Bookings" main page
- Click the "Export Bookings" Blue button
- Export Bookings page is loaded
- Choose your start date
- Choose your end date
- Choose your property from the list
- Choose data type as CSV
- Choose NRUA Info Yes
- Click Export Data
Your computer or laptop (do not use phone or tablets) will ask you where you want to save your data file, this data file exports all the information you need to then upload into this silly N2 program everyone is forced to install.
We do NOT include cancelled bookings and bookings for friends and family.

Exported Data Fields & Format are as follows:
- 1st field: NRA code (53 characters)
- 2nd field: Rental purpose -Tourism - by default
- 3rd field: Guest Qty (total quantity)
- 4th field: Check-in (dd-mm-yyyy)
- 5th field: Check-out (dd-mm-yyyy)
- 6th field: (check box) Only if no rental activity
