How to import your iCal links from different platforms

Last Update 2 months ago
IMPORTANT:
Only future reservations will be imported from source iCal providers.
In most cases, iCal connections synchronise only your source systems calendar's availability. No additional property data such as rates, listing descriptions, amenities, and other property information will not sync.
Any blocked dates in an imported iCal feed appear as reservations (sometimes labelled "Blocked")
- If these dates are unblocked on the source platform, then they will be removed from the iCal feed without notification to GuestAdmin system.
- You can delete these blocked dates should they arrive in our system.
- Some iCal connections only sync actual bookings, not manually blocked dates but we cannot guarantee what external source systems send us.
Online Travel Agents (OTA's)

Select "Calendar" and "More" within the listing you want to get the calendar for.

Copy the iCal link and Paste it into the iCal setting for the same property you have set up within GuestAdmin.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Airbnb hosts can change the settings in Airbnb to determine what is pushed by Airbnb systems into their iCal feeds. Airbnb will present a "note" in your property calendars which looks like a "booking" event, so GuestAdmin system will read this and automatically create DRAFT bookings for Notes, blocked dates, etc, etc. So it is best that you only generate iCal feeds for your ACTUAL bookings only.
