Our public API feature is now available, and it marks a major turning point for our platform, opening up new opportunities for our users, partners, and developers.
What is an API?
The acronym API stands for "Application Programming Interface", which allows for a remote platform or application to send a series of instructions as well as send and receive data to other applications and or platforms.
An API has a set of ready-made tools and utilities that make it easy to build new applications, services, or combinations of both.
In short, guestadmin.io opens up to other platforms to offer its services where it has and can provide added value to its clients, partners, etc.
How does our Public API work?
Our API exposes a carefully selected set of features, enabling developers to interact with our platform transparently and efficiently.

How to Access Our API?
Follow the steps below to obtain access to our API documentation:
- Create a GuestAdmin Account (Our API is only available for Property Managers & Partners).
- Log in to our system by using your GuestAdmin account credentials.
- Access the API Article in our Knowledge Base.
- Open the API Access Link provided in this article while logged in GuestAdmin.
- You will be redirected to a new window within our system containing the main request form to access our API documentation.
- Complete all required fields in the form and submit your request to proceed.
